Our mentoring program offers guidance and knowledge and is set up for mentees to improve their performances on and off the field. Anyone can give plenty of advice throughout your journey, but wouldn’t it be extremely helpful to have guidance from someone who was once in your shoes, someone who dreamt and made his dream a reality, has played at the high school level, college level, semi-professional level, professional level, and for their country?
We would love to help you become the player you want to be!
Our mentoring program offers are:
A total of 6 video/phone calls - Once per week for 45 Minutes.
Mental Preparation - Understanding of how to set realistic goals, being able to positively motivate self, mindfulness, and visualization.
Nutrition and Lifestyle - A big part of physical conditioning is proper nutrition, what you eat and drink.
Fitness - Helping players with exercise ideas to improve physical fitness
Match day routine - Guidance on game day preparations.
Game and film analysis - Breakdown training and/or game films to enhance players’ development.

Consultation
The consultation will allow both parties to get to know each other and see if our program is a good fit for you.
Game footage- If available
If you do have recent game footage of you, you can send it over to us to analyze and share with you to make sure that you are getting the best experience and help from Kheztech.
Scheduling
Purchase and schedule your repeated sessions with coach Khesanio. These meetings are 45 minutes long and will be re-occurring once per week for 6 weeks.
